Subion Terms
Article 1. Purpose
1. These Membership Terms ("Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities
relating to the use of the Membership services provided through CITORA ("Service"),
operated by SURYUNG GLOVIS ("Company").
2. Any matters not expressly provided for in these Terms shall be governed by the CITORA
Terms of Service.
Article 2. Membership
1. Membership is a paid subion service provided by the Company.
2. Membership is available separately to Buyer Members and Seller Members.
3. Membership benefits, features, and access rights may differ depending on whether the
Member subscribes to a Buyer Membership or a Seller Membership. Detailed information is
available on the Membership page within the Service..
Article 3. Membership Subion
1. Members may apply for Membership in accordance with the procedures established by the
Company.
2. Membership becomes effective upon successful completion of payment.
3. Membership is personal to the subscribing Member and may not be assigned, transferred,
leased, or shared with any third party.
Article 4. Subion Period
1. Membership is provided on a monthly subion basis.
2. Each subion remains valid for the applicable subion period beginning on the
date the initial payment is successfully completed.
3. Unless automatic renewal is cancelled by the Member, the subion shall automatically
renew for successive subion periods under the same conditions.
Article 5. Automatic Renewal
1. Membership operates on an automatic renewal basis.
2. By subscribing to Membership, the Member agrees to automatic renewal.
3. At the end of each subion period, the Company will automatically charge the
registered payment method for the next subion period.
4. Upon successful payment, the Membership shall automatically continue for the next
subion period.
Article 6. Fees and Payment
1. Membership fees shall be those displayed on the Membership page within the Service.
2. Members may pay Membership fees using the payment methods provided by the
Company.
3. Membership will be activated only after payment has been successfully completed.
4. Any payment-related issues shall be handled in accordance with the policies of the
Company or the applicable payment service provider.
Article 7. Failed Automatic Renewal
1. If automatic renewal fails, the Company may notify the Member accordingly.
2. The Member may update the payment information or complete the payment again.
3. If payment is not successfully completed by the end of the current subion period, the
Membership shall automatically terminate and the Member's account shall revert to the
applicable Free Membership.
Article 8. Cancellation of Membership
1. Members may cancel automatic renewal at any time.
2. Cancellation shall take effect from the next scheduled billing date.
3. Membership benefits shall remain available until the end of the subion period that
has already been paid.
4. Upon expiration of the subion period, Membership shall automatically terminate and
the account shall revert to the applicable Free Membership.
Article 9. Changes to Membership Fees
1. The Company may change Membership fees.
2. If Membership fees are changed, the Company will provide prior notice through the
Service or directly to Members before the effective date.
3. Revised Membership fees shall become effective on the date specified in the Company's
notice.
Article 10. Refunds
1. Refunds requested solely due to a change of mind by the Member are generally not
available.
2. Once a subion period renewed through automatic renewal has commenced, the
Membership fee for that subion period shall not be refunded.
3. Where applicable laws require a refund, the Company shall process such refund in
accordance with those laws.
4. If the Member is unable to use the Membership service due to reasons attributable to the
Company, the Company shall take appropriate measures in accordance with applicable
laws.
Article 11. Restriction of Membership Services
1. The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate Membership where the Member:
1. violates these Membership Terms;
2. uses Membership through fraudulent or unauthorized means;
3. registers false payment information; or
4. violates applicable laws.
2. Where reasonably practicable, the Company shall endeavor to notify the Member of the
reason for such restriction.
Article 12. Disclaimer
1. The Company may temporarily suspend the Membership service due to system
maintenance, network failures, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable
control.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Member's own acts or
omissions.
3. Except as required by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use of Membership.
Article 13. Governing Law
These Membership Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
the Republic of Korea.
Article 14. Jurisdiction
1. In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Membership Terms, the
Company and the Member shall first endeavor to resolve the dispute through good-faith
2. If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, it shall be submitted to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
Article 15. Language
1. The official version of these Membership Terms is written in the Korean language.
2. Any translated version, including the English version, is provided solely for the convenience
of Members.
3. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the Korean version and any translated
version, the Korean version shall prevail.
Article 16. Supplementary Provisions
These Membership Terms shall become effective on Auguest 1, 2026.
